To Asobo

Fix the game, or refund everyone.

Awesome patch, keep up the good work !

Asobo are the ones making it, fixing it, breaking it. Therefore it is them that are responsible for all issues within it.

Microsoft can only publish what Asobo give them. So it IS Asobo’s fault, not Microsoft’s.

An then everyone will moan about the stutters coming back

I agree that constructive criticism should be levelled to Osobo via the zendeck. Complaining about issues in the forum serves no purpose.

Asobozo has one choice: Fix it asap AND honor refunds.

Under the Consumer Rights Act, every time you buy something from a seller, you enter into a contract where they agree to honour your ‘statutory rights’. This is the law and is separate from a company’s own returns policy , even if they try to tell you otherwise.

If they refuse to refund, issue a chargeback and let them deal with it.

The reson why we have ■■■■ software like this is because the people allow it. And fanbois, why are you trolling people who are rightfully ■■■■■■ off that they can’t upgrade?

Then why is this forum here?

It is HERE FOR US TO GET HELP - not to troll.

If you have no problems, you don’t belong flapping your lips in posts of people who do. You are the problem/.

When is the next patch?

Microsoft are the ones who take, and handle the money, Asobo has nothing to do with that.

I am willing to endure a period of development along with many of the planes that to mind are not representative of real world flight behaviour, but please return the ability to be able control joystick sensitivity as soon as possible.
Thanks for what is going to be a truly great piece of software.

This is complete nonsense. This simulations is working fine and is even better with the patch.
What people need to understand is that they need good PC hardware.

It is not broken and it wasn’t before.

Fix your PC. That’s what you need to do. The sim is fine as it is.
People complain for everything.
The sim is absolutely beautiful if you have the right hardware.

The latest patch is fine. I experienced one crash and a restart of my PC fixed the issue, I never crashed again. The fps fixes in this patch alone are worth the occasional crash anyway, it’s not as unstable as some people are making it out to be. If anything, the latest patch has made the game more stable and more usable on mid-level hardware.

.

Reading the forums you’d think the sim is really buggy, and yet there are all those videos showing just how beautiful the MSFS world is and how well it works. Well before judging consider this, there are a whole bunch of people for whom the sim is working just fine and they are off flying instead of spending time in the forums. People using the forums are largely those others who need help with something. Once you consider this you realize the forums give a really scewed impression of how well the sim works overall.

I am a programmer and the remarks of some “spoiled brat” users really pisses me off. Keep in mind that most programmers are VERY committed at what they do and don’t know what 9to5 means. Problem solving is in our heads 24/7. It never stops. The best thing you can do as a user, is file your bugs to the point, without the negative emotions. Because bugs are equally frustrating to users and programmers.
In fact, when you get angry, think about the enormous complexity that comes with a simulator, think about the awesome stuff that’s already been built . That’s done by bright relentless programmers. Most of them don’t just work for money. They want to achieve something great that makes life to others more fun. Why do you think github.com exists? I’m confident that a dev team that can pull off something like fs2020 in present state, is certainly capable of fixing bugs. It just takes time. Developers are not robots. This should be a team effort between users and devs. So users, be a team player and keep the devs motivated with polite criticism and clear neutral bug reports! (And don’t forget the occasional compliment)

How will it improve exponentially? Very curious to know how improvements will be exponential and not incremental. Never heard of such a thing in the history of software development.

Exponential or Incremental, I simply tried to convey that Flight Simulator will improve at a rapid rate, owing to regular updates. However, you will notice that I have withdrawn my post, as I am too busy enjoying Flight Simulator to keep monitoring the Forum. :smiley_cat:

Please continue patch feedback discussion in the main thread: [NEWS] Patch Version 1.8.3.0 Update Discussion

It really helps the community if there are not multiple threads on the forum discussing the same issues.
