Tobii 5 stopped working after updating to Windows 11 24H2

As per title, the Tobii was working fine this morning on MSFS2020 (we won’t mention the debacle under 2024). I updated to Win11 24H2 this afternoon and the Tobii no longer works.

When I reboot the PC, the red lights flicker, then remain off. I’ve tried repairing and resetting the Tobii app and checked the power management is turned to never sleep. The device is connected through a powered USB hub, which was never a problem.

When I use the Tobii app the lights come on, but as soon as I leave the app they go blank again.

Any ideas?

No I hadn’t, I did do a general google search and didn’t come across that one, just the advice on power management etc.

Thanks Nixon, I’ll go over their steps.

EDIT: Following the troubleshooting linked by Nixon worked. Needed a complete uninstallation using Revo and manually reinstalling drivers as Windows didn’t recognise the Tobii being plugged in.
