Tobii EyeTracker Experience will not run

As per the heading above. The Tobii Experience App refuses to open on this PC, Win 11 version 25H2. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Tried the 2 fixes on Tobii’s help page, Starting from the Run cmnd and the Bat file option, without any change. Yesterday all was good today it refuses to open. Everything else is fine.

Has anyone else seen this problem?

Not here, works fine. There’s been several updates from the Windows Store but no issue on my end.

Tobii came to the rescue with detailed instructions and a new driver which has fixed this issue. I was impressed with their prompt and professional help. So everything is good now.
