ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Unable to toggle head tracking off with a Tobii Eyetracker 5. Software has been uninstalled, machine rebooted & software reinstalled but no change. Default & user bindings have been tried but no change. Setting the bindings in ‘Controls’ detects the key presses but in the simulator, nothing happens when the keys are pressed. ‘Eye Tracking Reset’ works perfectly every time, but cannot get Head Tracking to toggle off. Tobii have been unable to help other than confirming that the unit is functioning correctly.
