Asking to someone wich is, or might b,e a pilot and uses Working Title Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental on Xbox version of MSFS2020:
The TOGA button, after engaged during the take off, once i am airborne, should i deactivate it or leave it on during the whole flight?

Pressing the TOGA button with the takeoff data inserted into the flight computer will give takeoff thrust and hold it until it reaches thrust reduction altitude (around 1500ft normally) where it will then follow the speed that is either demanded by the flight plan or set on the mode control panel (autopilot panel) by means of the auto-throttle. This will remain engaged for the duration of the flight
