Please look on this image:
IAS 70
CAS 70
I.alt 470
Baro 30.02
P.alt 378
Temp 30
TAS 78 instead of 72
I notice there is always 4-6 kts difference between simulator TAS and calculated TAS any aircraft and altitude

That’s an interesting catch. Maybe it would be better to use Working Title’s G1000Txi. That TAS is definitely not right.
It looks like you may be interpreting KIAS as KCAS. Are you accounting for the difference between KIAS and KCAS in the airplanes you have looked at? For example, I just tried it with the Asobo Cessna 152, where I got KIAS = 71.566 KIAS at 430 feet indicated altitude at 29.87 deg C. This gives 74 KCAS at a pressure altitude of 424 ft. The MSFS KTAS is 76.5 knots, which is correct.
Thanks!
But in C172, C152
There is no difference between IAS and CAS
Between 70-80 kts
Maybe 1 kts difference
In Asobo C152 there is. It has the same position error correction at all speeds. The correction consists of an offset and a scalar. It is in the cockpit.cfg file.
Ok. This is the problem.
The difference between IAS and CAS shold be define by angle of attack and other parameters
