Top rudder 103 solo - no throttle control in the air

I just pick up this new plane today. It is quite fun but I noticed that when in the air, there is no more throttle control with my Thrustmaster. It seems to be always full throttle with some variations. It works just fine starting from the ground. Anyone has the same issue ?

Edit : Throttle is fine if I start from the air directly. Go figure.

I use the T.Flight and after a few moments, the aircraft does a hard right turn and nose dives. I’m trying to work out why, but at a loss presently. The joystick has been calibrated using the calibration tool.
