Just a pet peave of mine on all forums. Topic Titles such as “this is ■■■■■■■ me off” or “I have a problem” does not facilitate the forum search function and results in people posting requests for assistance that has already been covered. Ok, whinge over

While non-descriptive titles are a problem for the reasons you have outlined, they also hurt the topic author, as people are less likely to enter a topic unless they know what it is about.
With that said, the @ModeratorTeam can change topic titles and we do when we are aware of titles that are problematic.
If you do find a topic with a title that is a real problem, feel free to let us know by reporting 
the topic, and using the ‘something else’ option so you can provide us with a quick message.
With that said, this thread isn’t likely to go in a positive direction and is therefore closed.
