Total noob question on mesh

Hi guys,

I want to redo an airport, which in real life is basically flat, but in the sim, the ramp drops off 30 feet from the runway down to the ramp and the terminal (it’s a small airport - TQPF, Anguilla). I’ve been interested in learning how to redo airports and I’m going to give it a go, but can I fix these mesh/elevation errors using the SDK? It really bothers me.
