Hello, after a Trackir software update to v5.5.3, the key commands i have asigned on software to center and turn on/off head tracking, dont work when i´m in game. it recieves the head movement but i can not center ir. i tried with all the previous versions available on trackir download page, but dont find the solution. Any help?is a msfs 2020 problem or a trackir software incompatibility?

This would be an issue with your Track IR software. Make sure you completly uninstall the software before installing a new version.
have you check your profil and touch assigned ? trackir lauch the good profil for title msfs2020?
You do know that your key commands to re-center are setup in Track IR? Stock command is Function Key + F12?

The commands works before loading the flight. When start the flight, dont work

Yes, with default profile.on desktop before loading the sim,the centre and on/off keyboard buttons works. When i load the sim, it doesn’t. Later on game, only the head movement works. I turn off the sim and the keyboard buttons works again. I’m looking for how to save the trackir profile before delete it and reload after de install, but i can’t find it on trackir folder. Do you know where it’s saved?thanks in advance!
The default TrackIR commands do not work because the sim uses those keys for other things. You have a couple of options. You can trap the default keys via a checkbox in the TrackIR software. That’ll prevent the keys from doing whatever they do in the game though. Or you can create a profile specifically for the game and remap the TrackIR keys to some combo that MSFS doesn’t use (and trap them as well, just to ensure that TrackIR always sees them.) If you’re using some sort of HOTAS or Yoke, you can also assign the TrackIR commands to a button on your physical controller.
In my setup. I have track ir commands are bound to F9, F10, F11. I don’t recall having to un-bind those keys in [FS20] but maybe I did. The re-sync command is boundto Alt+F12 (because it overlaps with the default Steam screenshot key- F12). Give those a go.

Alt+F12 - Center
F 9 - Pause
- Precision - Disabled
- Profile - Disabled
In the Camera tab I also set Video Processing Mode to Standard - improved my display that appeared to be micro stuttering all the time.
Hello, i have been using track-ir a lot of time ago, with track ir center (-on keypad) and of/of buttons(+on keypad) also asociated with the boeing yoke from thrustmaster, nothing has changed except the trackir update. I have deleted and reinstalled trackir software, but still the same. Before loading the sim, on keyboard and joke it works. Since i start loading the game, it doesn’t.i check ir game options and there is nothing asigned to these buttons. I have seen that if i go to windows, the buttons works again and i can center it. The sim dont have the track ir options for center and turn on/off to assign, so i dont know what more to do
I think the problem is not what buttons i use, why the sim dont comunicate with trackir software to check this buttons? On track ir i have one profile, i have tried on sim with this profile and default, but still dont working
