Software V5.5.3 runs ok…but TrackIR5 dosen’t show up in the Control Options (MSFS2020). TrackIR 5 is not connecting to MSFS 2020. I have a green and yellow light within the software window. Worked fine last week before the updates. Checked and changed USB’s. Uninstalled and reinstalled 2 x times. Restarted MSFS2020 several times.
Update - 04DEC24 - TrackIR5 works fine in DCS (run as administrator).
Solution: Do not run TrackIR 5 or MSFS 2020 as administrator - Two Greens so to speak. Software and program are working fine.

I am on v5.4 which works perfectly on msfs 2020. Version 5.5xxx will not work for me i.e. msfs 2020 does not recognize tir.
5.5.3 Is running fine for me on 2020. I just installed it and it worked like the previous version.
5.5.3 and 5.5.2 did also not work on my system although MSFS 2020 was listed as compatible. I had no problesms though with MSFS 2024.
So I moved back to 5.4.0 which perferctly works in MSFS 2020 and 2024. Did not bother to try the Trackir software versions in between.
Just try out which Trackir software version works best for you.
Exactly, v4 works great for we, so why change?
