Just want to share my experience with FS-FlightControl I ended up buying after the 14 day trial.
Spawn your plane in any airport in a second in order to train for take off or approach (and more).

Edit: I’m finding that the link from the PC to iPad is inconsistent, but it could be my system.
I’m so glad you like it. I feed it with Navigraph (+ updated database airports) and I do my routes almost exclusively with it (it shows STARs and SIDs according to runway etc etc). Moving map is great as well as being able to do instant approaches.
I’m finding it a little buggy. I like the idea of the position presets that can be saved, but they often crash MSFS. Also, it is always disconnecting from the iPad. It works OK from the PC.
It is very useful, though!
I’ve got it working perfectly now. For some reason, it likes an old, broken iPad and not a shiny, new iPad Pro!
What a fantastic app! It will be especially useful as an instructor station, but it does so much more than that. It’s really fun to be instantly zapped straight to a one-mile final at some random airfield around the world!
Edit: I can’t seem to get Slew mode to work.
