Trees look terrible

This that is SeaTac airport. Why do some of my trees look like green teepee’s??
Thanks
Todd

I have had the same problem for months, have scoured the forum for solutions and found none.

looks okay so far… What are your DATA settings ( Bing, Photo* ,… ) ?

Probably already solved / answered, but the trees in the first post are not MSFS default trees, but those from Photogrammetry data streamed by BING. They do not look that great, unfortunately, especially when PG data is still not rendered completely.
But even when PG is loaded in completely they look blocky from close up.

Only “workarounds” I can think of would be a) accept it or b) turn off Photogrammetry in the Data options. Then you should have same default trees as everywhere. Of course then also the houses, roads, arial maps will return to default arial view data with AI buildings.

So at the moment there is a trade off. Maybe at some point they can exlude those trees and replace with default ones, but I assume that´s not that easy to do.

Yeah I’ve noticed those type of ‘treepees’ also. I guess I can try PG on and off to see if that helps.
