if you are using the rolling cache delete or disable it
Also you can try to start the sim in safe mode, so that your marketplace addons (if any) will be disabled.

This isn’t a bug but a feature of the airport which was put in after the great scuffle of ‘87 between Stansted and Bishops Stortford.

A Welcome Break services ended up being put between the two in order to keep the peace.

Thanks for your reply - glad to hear that it is not a general problem.
I don’t use the rolling cache, but running in safe mode the problem did not appear.
I deleted my Community folder and again the taxiway was normal.
Replacing items one at a time led to me finding that it was my GSX installation that gave rise to the “trench”. I uninstalled GSX and reinstalled it - problem solved!

experiencing the same problem with EGSS. I don’t have GSX installed, can anyone guide me on how to fix the issue please?

The 1st thing I would try is to start the sim with an empty community folder to find out if a mod is causing the issue.

I tried that and that didn’t work unfortunately :frowning:

2nd thing you should try is to start in safe mode (it will disable your community and marketplace addons): once into the sim, go to your Windows Task manager and terminate msfs.exe. Restart the sim and you’ll get the safe mode option.

I had this at EGSS and found that if I started in safe mode the trench did not appear.

Thank you all, I found the problem after entering safe mode. A mode Real Taxiways was causing the problem. Thank again!
