So i know that sometimes the electrical cord connecting to the yoke csn malfunction and all of the buttons stop working.
However, only both set of trim buttons stopped working. All of my other buttons thankfully still work. Is there any way to troubleshoot this?

Pin to pin continuity check of the RJ45 cable is the first step or just temporarily replace it with a known good networking cable for a quick test.
