When I googled it, it looks like the 172’s trim can go 28 degrees up or 13 degrees down, meaning the maximum down trim is 46% of the maximum up trim. Is there something that suggested to you that this 46% limit is incorrect?

Then why for other 172s it is 100%?

So, if scisyhp683 is correct, and it looks that it is like this, the Sim counts DOWN trimmer position in % from UP position? Or does it take max of DN from DOWN? Why it does not take it from only DOWN position for DOWN trim and from only UP position for UP trim? It is OK, but what is the logic for users? And why in this case, the “steam” C-172 still has 19.5 degrees UP and DOWN? Why they do not update this “steam” version? For which people pay additional money, by the way?

And if one day we receive a model with her UP trim range less than DOWN shall we see something like 146% for trim DOWN? )
