Trimming for wind effect

In this scenario there’s a 140kt wind from around the 8 o clock position and the aircraft fore aft axis is demonstrating the effect.

Do you try and compensate for this with trim (aileron and rudder) or just let the aircraft manage?

Trim would be used the same as usual to keep the aircraft coordinated and level in terms of pitch and roll. The AP will turn the airplane into the wind to maintain the desired ground track. Taking the airplane out of trim to prevent the crab into the wind will make the airplane fly slower.

The plane is flying straight and level through the air. The air mass moving relative to the ground is the wind but this is completely irrelevant to the plane except for the purpose of navigating. So the trim is no different than when flying in still air (no wind).
