Hi all,
I am using tree 27 inch 16:9 Displays with Msfs (RTX4090) but they are too small in height (and with) for my so I am thinking about to buy new displays.
My first idea was to by one 32:9 49 inch display for center and still use two 27 inch 16:9 for left and right (90 degree).
But I also thinking about to buy three 42 inch tv screens and use it for Msfs, but i am not sure which size and uhd or not? 50 inch is to big for my room and 39 inch seems to small. I want to ask which triple screens are you using and do you have an advice for me?
I want to use one screen in center and the other one 90 degrees right and left.
I realize that you already indicated that a 50" is too big for your room, but I use three 55" displays and it feels like it is true to life. I mainly fly the C172 and the instrument panel ends up being about 44" across the screen which is close to the actual measurements. It is really great to also have views out each side of the cockpit. I would go with the three 42" displays. I run my front screen at 4K and the sides at 1080. To me, it helps to have all three displays the same make/model.
Given your use case on size of the room, go for the triple 42 screens, all the same size/aspect ratio. I run triple 48s and itβs fantastic. All 3 at 4k (with frame generation and DLSS quality) but I have also run center at 4k and sides at 2k in Taa mode.
