Hello. I can’t seem to get this install thing right, old timers, I guess. I uninstalled 2024 from an ssd drive and re-installed to a new M.2 drive. This is a store version, so when asked where I wanted the first part of the install, I chose my M.2 drive. Only the first installed and I never had an option for the Packages folder like I did way back when I first installed when 2024 was released. Should I have picked my C drive instead? Thanks
Asus Z690m motherboard, I5 12600k cpu, RTX 5070ti, 32 gigs ram
The sim should be installed to the location it picks as default.
Once that is done, you can move the packages folder.
Let us know if you need any help with that!

No, it is okay.
The new MS Store install program only asks for drive and
installs these 2 folders on that drive.
\XboxGames - FS 2024 app
\WpSystem - FS2024
My D: drive:
The Packages folder:
You can uninstall and re-install via the Xbox app which will let you create a drive\folder and install to that folder.
But the only difference will be that the FS2024 app will be in that folder instead of the default \XboxGames folder.
D:\FS2024
\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024
D:\WpSystem
