I have to spread the word. Somebody just helped me and it did wonders for my loading speeds.
Open CommandPrompt (CMD) via your start menu.
Type this:
ipconfig /flushdns
Please let me know if it helped. It turned the sim completely around for me, I went from unbelievable loading times and sh*t textures to something completely fine overall.

you might want to check out this thread about problems with a German ISP and changing the DNS servers to Google or Cloudflare as a possible solution.
In my case it definitely worked and I now got excellent streaming speeds, and most people report similarly good results.
So even if you are neither in Germany nor customer with Telekom there might be a chance your ISP has a similar issue wit MSFS2024
This has indeed fixed my issues and the sim went from 0 to a 100.
I now NEVER have any more low bandwidth issues and it loads in quite fast.
