It’s probably been covered before!
Is there a way of adjusting the dials, other than holding down the mouse button and dragging the mouse?
It’s so annoying this way.
I would prefer to click on the dials and adjust them incrementally!
Cheers.
You could get additional hardware if you want to in form of a front switch module e.g. from VKB
I can change dials with clicks or the mouse wheel. I think the behaviour varies depending on your “cockpit interaction system” setting. In Legacy, this allows clicks/mouse wheel, in Lock this enables the click and drag approach (I think, not tested this extensively). Try changing that setting and experimenting.
Not in the sim right now, but think it is in SETTINGS, GENERAL, ACCESSIBILITY
Thank you, I’ll look now.
Can’t find it in the accessibility section
Oh crickey no.
That’s a bit over the top
Checking where it is now, give me 5

Brilliant.
Happy days
Thank you
I have a Microsoft Surface Dial and that works really well for me… sort of like a knobster
@jwpvb3885 How did you get a MS Surface Dial to work with MSFS 2020? Other than you, all I can find are posts from people who couldn’t get it to work.
Can you use it to adjust autopilot heading, altitude, vertical speed, radio tuning, etc.? If so, is it easier than trying to use a mouse in cockpit view?
i make some screenshots for you I just set it in scroll mode. I have homecockpit so the portable blutooth nature of the device is handy for me
Do you know if it’s possible to use the surface dial as a throttle axis?
Do you use it to turn dials?
Screenshot of your controls page with the Surface dial would be great!
