Turtle Beach Flightstick profiles are disappearing all of a sudden

Greetings all, I turned on the sim one day and noticed I couldnt take off, so I checked my profile and they were ALL gone! I had at least 5 different Velocity one flight profiles for different planes. Eventually I figured I would just re-create them all again. Well, everytime I create one it disappears. Its very strange this just started all of a sudden. This flight stick has been working perfectly for a long time. Im not sure what has changed. The flight stick is on firmware 14.0 and MSFS is on version 1.29.30.0. Here is a video showing this wierdness.

Update: I contacted Turtle Beach support, they suggested uninstalling MSFS and reinstalling it, because it sounded like a software issue. Several hours later and 250 GB redownloaded, I reinstalled MSFS and my VF1 profiles did return. They said they will talk to Asobo/MS about this.
