ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Brand new Turtle Beach Velocity’s One HOTAS II only shows as generic ‘ginput’ in controls.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

Happens upon every load.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Update Turtle Beach Velocity One HOTAS II firmware to 1.0.9

  2. Connect flight stick, throttle and rudders to Xbox directly. Restart Xbox X.

  3. Load up MSFS 24, under Controls, the device is listed only as “Ginput” with no default profile- the scroll wheels and lever functions do not work at all. Aces are off as well.
