I was wondering why I’ve sometimes random right aileron and what I’ve changed, due to it becomes better.
After SU8 I’ve actived the chronograph of V1F to find out if it is now working and suddenly the random right ailerons occurs. When I deactivate the chronograph, random right ailerons I havn’t observed. The same behavior occurs in activated V1F training mode.
Hope TB finds the problem an provide a new firmware update fixing and supporting chronograph and status indicator panel for XBox users too.
I have the same issue, there is a thread somewhere here.
I have recently started doing dead-reckoning so longer flights and using the stop-watch/chrono on the yoke. I also started recently getting the hard-over ailerons like you, i had not tied the two things together.
Today I did a 40 minute flight and had the chrono running but did not get a hard-over - the difference??
I did a hard restart on the x-box - hold power button until it shuts off then reboot.
I read this on another thread - i’ll try again tomorrow but you may want to try it as well, i’m not saying it fixed it but i did not get any errors today, i also did some touch and go circuits and agin no faults.
Reboot makes no difference
I did another 1 hour flight today and had 6 hard-over ailerons.
It’s pretty much useless as it is so I’m stopping long flights until i find a fix, its just too annoying trying to follow a manual flight plan with dead-reckoning in my cessna 152 when the blasted plane keeps diving hard-right, even more annoying when it does it on landing and you crash.
Really annoying.
Well that was a bit of luck.
Shortly after my last post, I got a reply from TurtleBeach - the unit needs to be returned.
I contacted Amazon, online chat, a new yoke is on the way out to me and a returns label - can’t really argue with that for service.
Hopefully the new unit will last longer?
UPDATE
The new yoke has the same issue, as suspected.
After testing it, with input from other sufferers, the issue is 100% connected with the built-in stopwatch feature!
Leave the stopwatch and clock untouched and I get no hard-overs at all, with the stopwatch running I had 5 hard-overs in 30 minutes.
I have mailed TB tech
UPDATE
I got this reply from TB tech today…
Hi David,
**The feature to use the stop watch is coming in a future update and should be available in Q2/3 update and then you will be able to use this feature **
**Sincerely, **

The issue may be connected to the built-in stopwatch feature, but that doesn’t fully explain it. I get a lot of hard-right ailerons and I have never used the chronometer.
That’s very odd as since i stopped using the chrono i’ve not had one hard-over.
Baffling
I have used training mode quite a lot, and I’ve heard that can also cause it. I cannot remember if I’ve ever had a hard-over without training mode being on though…I’m going to have to do some testing and pay more attention to what features I have activated.

Hi, like you my elevators work fine but ailerons come to the right without touching yoke, have you find a solution?
I am on xbox serie x, MSFS2020, v1f and the rudder one.
My warranty has expired and TB doesn’t want to help me.
It is very annoying…
Thank you so much!
