Tutorial for flying A310 or A320

I would like to fly either the A310 or A320 but am having a difficult time even getting started. Managed to get up in the air once but could not figure out the autopilot. Also haven’t a clue how to navigate or enter and follow a flight plan.

Are there any tutorials or videos out there on this? In the old (FS2000) I could just get in the 737 and fly just about anywhere using charts from skyvector.com. Now, I’m clueless on the controls and how everything works. I guess that’s part of the “realism” of this new sim. Also what’s easier, the A310 or A320?

(Side question: Choices for tag are ‘ms-store’, ‘xbox’, ‘steam’ and ‘xcloud’. I’m running on a PC and always pick ‘steam’. What should I use for the PC version?)

That’s really thorough (and complex).
Follow-on question: Is there a way to save the current flight? It will take me hours to get through all this, and I’d like to save the state of everything as I progress.
