Twin Otter not in ready for takeoff state if selected on world map

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

When starting a flight with the twinotter from a custom location setting the plane to “ready for takeoff” in the world map then it will still be cold and dark. Happens with all versions on land and in water.

Additionally “ctrl+E” cannot start the engines afterwards either, while it works if the flight is started from a shutdown state.

  1. Select Twin Otter on Free Flight World Map
  2. Select Custom departure point.
  3. Select On Ground, Ready for Take-Off.
  4. Observe aircraft engines off, landing lights off, props feathered, condition levers on, battery on, Anti-Coll and Position lights off, flaps 0, parking brake off.

This is not the same aircraft condition when Runway starting position is selected. This is not the same aircraft condition when Parking starting position is selected. It is a mix of settings between the two. All variants (wheels, floats, skis).
