ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
When starting a flight with the twinotter from a custom location setting the plane to “ready for takeoff” in the world map then it will still be cold and dark. Happens with all versions on land and in water.
Additionally “ctrl+E” cannot start the engines afterwards either, while it works if the flight is started from a shutdown state.

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Go to world map, select Twin Otter select a custom departure position
- Set it to “ready for takeoff”
- start the flight. Plane ends up cold and dark.
