Two bugs with Cessna Citation Longitude

Hi,

When I fly this plane the airspeed indicator in both the cockpit and on the external view screen suddenly shuts off and goes to zero. Sometimes it come back and reflects the actual airspeed and sometimes it doesn’t.

Second bug is sometimes the landing gear won’t deploy when I press either the key I programmed to do so on the joystick (Thrustmaster TCA) or the “G” key, which I also programmed to change the position of the landing gear.

First Problem ia a Pilots error most probably. You have to switch on pitot heating. You find it at the copilot seat underneath the copilot pfd.

Second problem, never had that before. Maybe a wrong binding maybe a bug.

Hmm,

I don’t see it. I’m looking for it on the A320 neo.

This.

I did find though that the gear definition(s) are unreliable for it appears the ‘state’ of the binding is being interrogated, and depending what kind of switch hardware is used in the particular case, the read ON/OFF/HOLD/UP/DOWN state triggers an unintended but nevertheless faulty conflict.

Which is a deep level bug and needs an across the board logic solution.

I don´t know. :man_shrugging:
I have a push button binding with “Toogle Landing Gear” and it works perfect for me in every typ of aircraft.

A non-toggle on/off button Push Button has the least risk.

I have a TMWH and the - many - throttle buttons are a seemingly haphazard combination of randomness specifically selected for the DCS airplane only.

There’s where this shows.
