Two Desktop IDs within my MS Store account?

Or should I just upgrade to Win11? Then i can easily identify the two wrong devices since it’s Win10. Btw, I have only two attempts to delete a device a year at MS-Store.

Remove devices via microsoft account → devices and restart PC.

So now I did as you recommend. First, I was right with the amounts of changing/deleting devices.

One left.

And after restarting the computer, the MS Store did not find the device automatically after log in. How do i get my device back?
The MS Store asks for a serial number? The offered help did not help there, since they offer only help for Microsoft Surface and some other hardware.

Please look into my new information. It seems your recommendation did not work out.

UPDATE
It’s strange. Now round about 10 minutes later one device show up in MS Store/Account. But I did nothing. I did not restart the computer again, I did not enter a serial number. It just appears some time later, but not right after restart. So, can I now start MSFS2020 without being logged in to MS Store/Account?

I test now starting it without being logged in. So far, it seems it works. THX! If something strange will happen, I will write.

Sorry, but now in the library my MSFS is gone (it says you don’t have any games installed) and I can’t start MSFS anymore. It asks for a disk, which I don’t have. How can I start my MSFS again as before?

UPDATE
After some minutes updating something completely else (has nothing to do with MSFS) I see the MSFS again and could start. The MS Store really frightens me now. I am a Steam Customer for nearly 20 years with more than 100 games, but the MS Store causes far more trouble than steam within a very short time.

I just logged in and the MS Store says I have no Games installed

I like to have a solution for this. Before deleting the devices, at least the Library worked out fine. It always takes some minutes until it shows up the MSFS. :frowning:
