KM/h is ICAO approved unit for measuring airspeed. The Savage Cub weighs almost nothing, you need to keep the brakes applied.

For the parking brake:
-
in systems.cfg file verify that this line is set to 1
parking_brake =1
If not change it.
-
in engines.cfg file change
DisableParkingBrakeControls = 1
to
DisableParkingBrakeControls = 0
Don’t forget to save the changes.
Parking brake will be functional at the next restart of MSFS.
For the ASI in knots:
Download this mod and install it
https://flightsim.to/file/2456/zlin-aircraft-asi-in-knots
There’s just one small flaw: the speed indicated on the ASI is a little overestimated, but nothing serious, and it’s a flaw already present on the original aircraft.

Wow! Thank you for the additional information on what to do about both the airspeed gauge and the parking brake (or lack thereof).
I didn’t know those two things were “fixable”, though it may take away from the intended workings of the Zlin Cub-- I’ll decide how I want to handle them, but at least I have the needed instructions.
No it won’t take away the intended workings of the Cub.
Parking brake: whether you use it or not is up to you, it simply became available if you want it.
ASI: displaying your speed in knots or kmh won’t change anything for flight, it’s only a question of preference.
About aircraft features, you should know that the MS/Asobo choices are not necessarily those they could be.
If you go to the Zlin website, you’ll see that many different options are available for many points, especially for instruments. Changing the ASI for one in knots can also be a retrofit.
So again, these choices are not at all unrealistic.
But in the end, the choice is yours and you do as you want.
I just wanted to take advantage of this post to point out that it’s possible to improve this plane (and others) with some simple modifications. This could also be interesting for other simmers.
Have fun.
