I am Italian and I was interested in this secret American airplane they called it seawolf in this old video you can see it very well.. https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/P7sXfCo22Vo ..today they still produce it but it has a different name it is called LAKE RENEGADE do you know how to find more information about it? it is on my wish list. Lake Renegade - Wikipedia
so no 3 part manufacturer makes this airplane remember there are 3 variants Lake LA-250 Renegade and then there is LA-270 Seafury more suitable for salt water sea so what do you think? but do you in america fly with this thing currently? or do you keep it on display in a museum?
Insulting people is no way to get an answer.
You have to remember you aren’t entitled to answers no matter how much you may care about the subject matter. People just may not know and you already cited Wikipedia.
Lake Aircraft seems to have been started by designers from Grumman and Republic just after the war. More information here: About Seawolf - seawolfseaplanes.com
They seem active. You might want to write or call them depending on what you want to know. But looks like they are still building planes.
All you asked was how to find more information about it without saying what you are looking for specifically. You’ll get more responses if you tell people what you are looking for - if they have answers. What you asked was kind of a general question more to do with how to find information. Besides web searches there are a number of libraries associated with various aviation museums that may look things up for you or you may need to travel to them to check their resources in person.
There may even be good information in public libraries but I doubt it. Kind of specific but you never know until you look.
I simply wanted to know if there was any 3 party manufacturer to develop this plane on ms2024 and if he was interested regarding the history of this plane I know very little about it however it is my topic and here on the forum for more than a month and no one has ever answered me today by chance you answered me. thanks for your reply but don’t ban me because my real intention was to have an answer and not offend people.
To be fair its probably a very niche airframe, any payware developer may not recoup enough revenue from bringing it to market, freeware devs may take a punt though.
You never know it might make it to FS hangars but i wouldn’t hold my breath.
