Unable to assign trim to Logitech G Saitek PRO Flight Throttle Quadrant

I have a Thrustmaster Thrustsmaster T.16000M FCS Joystick and a Logitech G Saitek PRO Flight Throttle Quadrant that I’ve been using for a while with X-Plane 11. Today I was trying to get the same key mappings on the throttle quadrant in MSFS 2020. I assigned pitch (nose up/nose down) to one of the three buttons on the throttle quadrant but in flight the trim did not work.

Any ideas for troubleshooting this? I’ve got flight assistance set to ‘Hard’ for most of the flying stuff.

some aircraft trim are borked …

Verify you’ve assigned your quadrant button to the buttons command and not axis.
Verify there is no pitch trim assignation in all others controllers (you can keep the one of the keyboard if existing)
Don’t forget to save changes.

Thank you @PlumbGlue67. My T.16000M joystick had trim assigned. Doh! All working now.
