Unable to download anything in Content Manager

EXTREMELY slow download speeds in content manager

I am on a cabled 1000/500mbit connection. Everything is checked, and speed test confirms my solid connection. Nothing else shows any problems with connection, except for MSFS mainly the content manager. Download speeds are very low. 1-2mbit/s-30mbit/s. It has been an issue before in the game.
