Hello, Sorry to post this here but I tried 4 times to contact PMDG Support and no answer. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get this fix? When I go to pmdg forom I can’t post or view articles. I get " Sorry, you are not authorized to view this page. For assistance contact the [site administrator]"

You have to have an account and be logged onto the PMDG site.
And you also need to have a forum account attached to your PMDG user account

Here is what happened. I log in pmdg.com.I see the list of forums (see attached) I clicked on Articles and i get a prompt to login again. I log in again and get you are not authorized. Thank you

The forum account is different from your website account! You have to create a forum account first.

Well, store and forum software are mostly different. Its not unusual to have to create a separate forum account.
That’s NOT a PMDG Discord server, no support there at all, it’s just made by some fans.
@ocean00802 There is no email support. Please go to support.pmdg.com and create a support account there and submit a ticket, it’s different from the e-commerce or forum account. They’ll reply within few hours.
There is NO forum account required to get official support, the forum is a totally separate part and is only user-to-user communication.
I’m having the same issue. It says solved but I didn’t see how it was solved. if anyone knows how to get in touch with PMDG to resolve the forum access issue please let me know. Thanks
Happened to me just last week, I was able to see forums and read, when I decided to make an account, I could not even see the forums (“not authorized”), had to contact support to have my account unblocked.
Anyway, their forum is a bit too sensetive, they deleted my questions because I did not use real name in signature.
