As the title says, I spawn on ramp with the view as in the screenshot, unable to get inside the cockpit. Shoot a message if any more info is needed

The FSREBORN 500 which I purchased for 2020 and was in my livery for 2024 has no option to open the door. The only way in was to start it up and running on the runway. I was able to open the door on the TBM though.
Same with HJet. TBM worked fine for me too.

Folks msfs 2020 airplanes are running in backwards compatibility mode.
They will not be able to open doors or have clickspots outside until we fully convert toward 2024 standards.
Press Shift+C and you will be able to enter to FSR500 and do your full cold and dark start up.
This applies to ALL msfs 2020 planes inside 2024.
I explained this on my discord server prior to msfs 2024 launch, it is important you guys reach out to us 3rd party developers for questions to clarify your doubts instead of assuming our products are faulty.
Msfs 2020 airplanes are backwards compatible with msfs 2024, but not forward compatible.
I was last night on a stream with twotonemurphy explaining all the differences and talking also the work requirements we need to do in order to convert to 2024 standards.
I recommend you guys watch it.

I hadn’t assumed the FSR500 was at fault. I know it’s a product of MSFS ingenuity (sarcasm). I’m sure this is creating havoc for third party devs.

The number of errors I have encountered is unimaginable. First only about every 20th mission or so is accessible, usually the less interesting ones. Then while I fly challenge league, doing a record connection lost
I hate cloud gaming, why the hell did they go forward to do that with that great game???

Today, I’m trying the same Shift+c in A330-200 and it’s not working. The key is mapped to “Take control of character”. New controls scheme seems to have a mind of it’s own.
Restarted the flight, same key combination worked. Like I said, mind of it’s own…
