Brief description of the issue:

Unable to hear ATC at any VHF Volume Setting, if actively scrolling the volume knob when ATC is transmitting I get intermittent sound. This happens at various airports and settings. Test with other aircraft and I can clearly hear ATC at all times.

can hear pilot voice but not ATC one

starting cold and dark at Shoreham I could see the ATC comms in the text from the ground/tower but couldn’t hear them. Could hear my pilot.

the volume for com1 didn’t work. Button has no function

I think there may be a workaround while this gets looked at, if you activate the hidden com2 panel (click spot bolt on the far left of the instrument panel) this seems to then get the coms working.

Might help in the interim

Thaks for the hint, but this doesn’t work for long, at my rig.
After some communication with ATC I lost the ability to send anything :frowning: I hear ATC but can’t send anymore

COM1 rapidly loses the ability to communicate with ATC. This manifests first as no audio heard, but then becomes no options in ATC panel as well as no audio. Switching to the COM2 hiden panel works to get ATC working via COM2. COM1 appears to be bugged.

when asked for my sqwak code. I had to put it in manually in the cockpit. Selected transmitt, it all worked. ATC was good.
