Hi. I cannot select DX11, after selecting it and restarting the sim, it shows DX12 again.

Yes, I saved and it prompted me to restart. Pretty sure it worked in the past.

From your Windows search bar, type in “Services” and click the “Services” entry. Scroll down and make sure every “XBox” service is set to automatic.
Go back to the Windows search bar and type usercfg, and right click it and choose “open file location”, then right click the file and go to “properties”, choose the general tab and make sure the file is not set to read only.
Those two steps should resolve the issue. If they do not, then the cloud save file might be corrupt and you would likely need to delete it (never fun).

Have you set your usercfg.opt to read only??

Solved!
The usercfg.opt file was indeed in “read only” status. In fact, I couldn´t change any graphic setting, as it was not saved.
