If Task Manager doesn’t work properly maybe a Windows repair would be in order? Have you checked for errors or warnings in Device Manager and done a scan of your drive(s) for errors?
Also, have you tried an MSFS Repair? Repair MSFS
Sounds like quite a nice setup you’ll have once you get it working!
