Hello - please clarify your situation:

  1. If your Steam account is locked, you should contact Steam Support.

My question is imprecise.

How to break the link between a steam account and a microsoft account which is définitively blocked because i can’t restore it.

Are both blocked or is one of the accounts blocked? I do not quite know what you’re trying to explain.
