Unlocking Regions in MSFS2024

Is it possible to unlock regions without doing the special flights? For example I want to fly in Florida but it seems that regions only opens up if you complete the first banner tow flight. I am not interested in banner flying though.

Is there another wat to unlock that region to operate my company in career mode?

Yes, when you finish any mission it is going to open a circle around the landing airport. So you can go from where you have missions open slowly to Florida by doing missions that go that way.

Of course if all you missions are across the pond that might get bit tricky
