Unplayable despite low system load

Hey guys!

I have a lot of performance issues even in the menus. Everything is lagging and hanging. It´s hard to even start a flight because the menus are so slow and in game it´s unplayable. My CPU is under 60% load all the time, 10GB/30GB are used and my GPU (Quadro P5000) has about 30% load. So I don´t understand whats the problem. Loading of a new flight takes about 20 minutes. Hope you guys can help me!

Maybe the problem could be in playing a game on videocard meant for graphical workloads . Its drivers are now that good for games.
