How big is the update?
390MB. You can see it in the OP’s screenshot.
Mine (from the Store) was only 390MB. Then a very small update in the sim itself… took no time at all…

Might be due to the load on the server. You could try rebooting your computer and/or cycling your router to refresh your lease and (maybe?) grab a new DNS server.
That sometimes helps…

Same issue but Gaming Services wants to update first and it is taking a long time.
Updated… still crashed… with FBWa320nx
There is a note about that. Looks like FBW needs another fix.
I cant even see an Update at the Store, the game tells me to update at the store but there is nothing. I really love it.

I got the 390mb from Microsoft Store which stalled at 3/5 so had to exit .I then got a 40Gb update through the Sim as normal.
No,idea why if it was supposed to be a small hotfix
