Update Stuck In Infinant loop

I got stuck in that loop today too:

It got stuck on 3% and just kept cycling.

The same thing happened to me on PC with MS Store. What was at first a 300 MB download became a 13 GB download after I shut down the endless loop at 3% and restarted the sim.

After setting up world map filters and subtle taxi ribbon again under the Official folder and setting Assistance back to true to life, everything so far is working as it did before WU9.
