[UPDATE v1.1] Grumman J2F Duck | flyndive

Introducing the Grumman J2F Duck for MSFS. The Duck was a single-engine, biplane amphibious aircraft used by all branches of the U.S. armed forces from the mid-1930s through World War II.

This aircraft is a full native conversion from a model developed for FSX, originally created by Paul Domingue, and given permission by said author to convert for use in MSFS. Many updates, modifications, and features have been made to the original model, including: Conversion to MSFS texture format, improved modelling and animations, flight model and engine configuration updates, systems and lighting updates, new components (i.e. ADF radio, munitions, etc.), and updated sounds and fx.

Its highly recommended that you read through the included Operation Manual as there are useful tips for flying and operating the Duck.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

The Grumman J2F Duck comes in three variants: The J2F4, J2F5, and J2F6, and includes a total of 15 liveries.

Found within the J2F6 list of liveries is a version as seen in the movie “Murphy’s War”, with its own unique model (with missing engine cowling, canopies, and radome) and a unique texture set to match the configuration and look of the Duck in the film.

The Grumman J2F Duck is FREEWARE and can be downloaded from here: https://flightsim.to/file/82655/grumman-j2f-duck
