Is it possible to see the “About Me” comments in a user profile? There are some interesting people here that are worthy of knowing. I don’t find a way to read their “About Me” comments.

Yes. Just click on the user’s name and it will give you any information that they shared in their profile, including About Me.
Also, If there’s additional information available but not visible (usually sentence will end with a series of periods), you can click on their user name again (on the screen that came up after you clicked their name the first time), and it will give you an expanded view of their information.
