Using Group Flight or Live/All?

Thought this would be a good place to ask what setting you guys use for your flights. I tried the group setting with a few people but couldn’t get it to work.
If it’s working what are the steps to start a Group flight, if not which is better All or Live players.

All players. Live players you see people with the same time settings as you. All players you see everyone (or the 50 closest.) Coordinate with your group which server you will be flying on and just meet at a location.
