Using “Reinstall Windows 11 without losing your data (apps /files) using Windows Update” and reinstalling MSFS 2020

Performed this several weeks ago after having poor performance and numerous CTD with MSFS 2020. Seems to have solved my issues with poor performance and lots of CTD of MSFS 2020. Very smooth performance and NO CTD of MSFS. I’m enjoying Flight sim again :grinning:

I’m curious about how you first got windows 11. Did you update from windows 10 and if so, what method did you use to update? My computer and MSFS run great with windows 10 so I’m putting off the conversion as long as I can.

I’m guessing that your Windows hasn’t been reinstalled in more than two years?
