Using rudder pedals on ground, steering wanders

After landing, steering with rudder pedals does not work 9 times out of 10. When turning left or right, the rudder turns for a second then drifts back to center. I’ve adjusted the sensitivity to multiple settings with no effect on the problem. Had the problem using my hotas prior to getting the pedals. Hotas is a Thrustmaster Hotas X and the pedals are Logitech G Pro. Is there a setting I am missing?

I would start by using the windows utility to be sure the pedals are calibrated. If they are out of range, full deflection may not be read correctly or at all.
Then make sure the pedals are actually mapped to the rudder AXIS ( not rudder left/right ) and nothing else is mapped to that axis.
Next would be to set the sensitivity in MSFS to 0% and 5% deadzone.
Turn off all assists and confirm “Modern” flight setting.
Go fly. Any difference?

Plus… Remember your brakes. If it all goes pear shaped for a short while and you need some immediate help with pedals, those brakes are differential. Obviously better when slowing down as opposed to speeding up, but when needs must, etc. etc.

I just just received my pedals today. Tired of the frustration of using buttons on the yoke. Found your post and tried the settings of 0% and 5% as you advised the OP. Works like a charm, now I can practice control on the ground and in the air. Thank You.
