When adding a flight plan into the g3000 on the Longitude, the system adds the USR waypoints. I’ve seen this discussed before, but no real solution. Seems like there is always one at the beginning of the route, and each time you change something mid-flight it adds one each change. The “delete waypoint” option is not allowed for these. Is there any other way to delete them or do I just have to keep being aware they are coming and avoid by hitting “activate leg” the next real waypoint? Using Longitude flight dynamics mod as well as WT g3000. Any ideas?
Given there are two G3000 possibilities now - stock sim and Working Title, which one applies here? It would determine if this post stays in this sub-forum or gets moved.
Working title, abbreviated it in my post “WT”

That’s a standard, built-in flaw in the MSFS flight planning system since launch. Has nothing to do with the G3000 or any other mod.
I think the only way to not have these is to enter the flight plan manually or import it from SimBrief.
Entering the flight plan manually is when I get the USR points. If an approach change is needed mid flight, it will add another one before the approach. Yesterday, I had to change the approach twice and it added 2 USR waypoints in a row. I didn’t notice it at first so the plane flew way off course. Had to scroll down and manually activate next leg of my approach. Frustrating.
I think that’s because the G3000 still uses the default MSFS flight plan system. WT have not yet changed that. I’m not sure if the upcoming G1000 update will do so.
But be patient, In a year or two those USR points should be gone.
Haha! Between USR waypoints and clear sky lightning, I’m pulling my hair out!
