Brief description of the issue:
The animation for the Elevator Trim Wheel is not synchronized with the Trim Position for anything other than 0, this makes it difficult to accurately set the correct take-off trim position without the use of tooltips

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Start the aircraft on the ground, adjust the elevator trim to 3 UP, compare with the actual trim position.

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
1.27.17, but appears to be unrelated to SU10 based on community discussion.
