About Us
Avent Air Alliance is a partnership between two virtual airlines with a focus on mainline, regional, and cargo operations throughout the United States, Mexico, and the Carribean. The fleets currently consist of B737, A310, A320, CRJ700/900, and C208B aircraft. Candidates should be mature and experienced simmers who desire a focused and realistic environment inside a culture of education and mentorship.

Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Current VATSIM members preferred
- Be able to undergo a simple 10–15-minute interview with a staff member
- Have an average or better procedural knowledge of the aircraft in which they intend to operate
